Actually, it may also have something to do with the power settings, because I had inrel running on battery and the power setting was set to “maximum power savings” and the card just didn’t work, but still recognised it, until I set it to max performance. Any thoughts on correcting this?

When I press the FN key to turn the wireless on it tells me there’s no wireless card installed. This was after I got the driver working.
